"Washrooms were seriously gross"
Went to La Ronde the washrooms were nasty. The floors were wet, toilet paper was all over the place, and a few stalls wouldn’t even flush. The smell was rough too. I get that it gets super busy, but come on, this was not it. Kinda killed the vibe of the whole visit.
"Left Feeling a Bit Unsure"
A few of the rides felt shaky, which made me nervous. I’m not sure if that’s just how they’re supposed to feel or if the quality/maintenance could be better, but I left feeling a little uneasy
"Way too much waiting for the price"
I went with my family, it felt like the whole day was one big test of patience that we didn’t exactly sign up for. A few rides said the wait was around 45 minutes, but we ended up standing there for over an hour and a half, just trying to stay calm and keep everyone from getting cranky. By the time we finally got on a couple rides, we were all tired, hungry, and annoyed. Even the food lines moved painfully slow. For what it costs, they really need to do a better job managing wait times, because paying that much just to practice patience all day is not it...

"Kind of a boring visit"
It just didn’t feel like there was much ride variety. We kept walking around and it felt like we were passing the same kinds of things over and over, which got old fast. Maybe we missed something, I don’t know, but the day ended up feeling boring overall

"Getting In Was a Mess"
well... getting in was the worst part of the whole day. The lines were really confusing, and the staff kept pointing people in different directions, so nobody seemed to know where to go. We bought our tickets online thinking it would make things quick, but the scan still took forever. There weren’t clear signs either, so it was basically just a bunch of annoyed people standing around waiting. Definitely not a great way to start the visit

"Overpriced Food and Disappointing"
I went with my family the food prices were kind of ridiculous. I expected things to cost more at a park, but paying that much for basic fries and drinks that weren’t even good felt like a rip off. We ended up leaving earlier than planned just to eat somewhere else. For what we spent, I really feel like some kind of refund or compensation would be fair, because it definitely wasn’t worth it...

"Security at La Ronde was a…"
Security at La Ronde was a mess for us. The line barely moved, and it felt like we had to keep figuring out the rules ourselves because every staff member seemed to say something different about bags and bottles. I get that checks are necessary, but it took way too much effort just to get through the entrance, and the whole thing felt unorganized and kind of rude. We were already annoyed before we even got inside, which is not how you want to start the day

"Fun Rides, But Cleanliness Was a Letdown"
The rides were okay and my family had some fun, but the washrooms and tables were dirty. My sister even mentioned how a few trash bins were overflowing in different spots. It kind of took away from the whole visit for us...

"Storm Ruined the Day"
We got to the park and a bunch of rides were closed because of a storm, but nobody really explained what was happening. We just stood around waiting, hoping for some kind of update. When we asked about a refund or rebooking, the staff basically just told us to check the website. So we wasted the whole day and paid for parking for nothing.

"Couldn’t Really See Anything"
I’m not sure what I was expecting, but I just couldn’t see anything. I kept looking and trying to figure out if I was missing something or if there was some trick to it, but nope, it just wasn’t visible for me. Kind of frustrating because I wanted it to work, but the whole time I was just sitting there thinking, okay… am I doing this wrong or is there actually nothing to see?

"Not the “big thrill” day I was expecting"
I went to La Ronde expecting a fun day with all the big thrill rides, but I left frustrated. The way they make it sound, you’d think you’ll actually get to enjoy the main rides, but most of the good ones had huge lines, and one closed right as we were finally getting close. That felt really misleading after paying that much to get in. The staff didn’t explain much either, just kind of told everyone to move along. The ride I did manage to get on wasn’t even that fun, it was rough and felt more like being shaken around than an actual thrill ride. Maybe I just picked a bad day, but for the price, I expected a lot better. I don’t really feel like going back anytime soon

"Basic tickets cost way too much now"
I was just trying to grab basic tickets, but the prices have gotten ridiculous. On top of that, there were way too many steps just to get through the process, which made the whole thing even more frustrating than it needed to be

"Pretty Disappointing Visit"
Most of the rides were closed when I went, so it felt like a waste of the day. To be fair, I’m not sure if it was due to maintenance or something unexpected, but it was still really disappointing after making the trip.

"App Wasn’t Reliable at the Park"
Just a heads up for anyone planning to use the mobile app for tickets or checking wait times, it kept freezing on me and randomly logging me out while I was already at the park. Frustrating when you’re trying to plan your day or pull up your tickets quickly. I’d definitely recommend taking screenshots of your tickets ahead of time and not relying on the app for everything

"Seems nice, but not very screen reader friendly"
The site looked like it had some useful stuff, and I appreciated the clean feel at first, but it was hard to navigate with my screen reader. I tried for a bit and ended up giving up sooner than I wanted to.

I went in expecting the food to be decent, but it was really disappointing. My meal came out cold, the sauce tasted kind of weird, and the meat was dry like it had been sitting around for a while. For what they charge, I really thought it would be better. I wouldn’t go back for dinner.

The lines were crazy, and the staff seemed lost at first, well, maybe not totally lost, but definitely overwhelmed. It just made the whole experience feel way more chaotic than it needed to be

I went in expecting a fun day, but the staff didn’t seem very welcoming 😕 We asked a couple of simple questions and it felt like they were annoyed to even answer. The whole vibe was just kind of cold, which was disappointing. I wouldn’t be in a rush to go back.

"I went in thinking I’d be able…"
I went in thinking I’d be able to just grab a drink whenever I needed one, but that was definitely not the case. A lot of the spots either didn’t have cold drinks or were just closed, and the places that were open had really long lines. It also felt like I kept getting passed around, trying to figure out where to go, only to find out things were sold out or unavailable. For somewhere people are walking around all day, it really shouldn’t be this difficult to get something to drink. I wouldn’t go back if it’s like this again
